Five Stars!

Noel's provides a full range of automotive services (except for body work & alignments), & the owner, Charlie, is highly experienced, knowledgeable, trustworthy & competent. He is also friendly & his prices are reasonable. My friend recommended Noel's for routine maintenance after Noonan's Garage closed. Not only did he check the car's fluids, tires, etc., but he was also able to figure out how to fix a nagging problem with the wiring in my car & charged only a few hundred bucks. Meanwhile, I had been avoiding this repair because others were saying that body work would be required & it would cost $2-$3K. Whew! Although this is only my first experience with Noel's, I'm quite impressed. There's only one drawback: It's a couple miles up Route 116 & there isn't much of a waiting room, so you'll need to arrange for a ride when dropping off & picking up your car.

I've been taking my cars to Charlie for over five years now. No matter what the problem has been, Charlie has been able to fix it fast at a reasonable price. For me, that's really nice, since I don't have a lot of money. Charlie and his staff go the "extra mile" to find the least expensive solution to the car problems that I've had.
I've tried other shops in the area and none compare to Noel's. The people at Noel's are friendly, easy to work with and quite capable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car. I especially like the new shop in Monte Rio! I'm really happy for Charlie and Noel's that they got that new place -- lots more space and a much better location than the old shop in Pocket Canyon!
