Noel’s Automotive has been serving thousands of customers in the Russian River area for over 31 years. Noel’s was originally opened and operated by Noel Pierce (yes, there really was a “Noel,” one of the more frequently asked questions!), then sold to the current owner, Charles “Charlie” Brown, (yeah, that’s true too – no kidding!) in 2005. Charlie has been the owner / operator of Noel’s for over five years now.
Why is it still called Noel’s? It’s simple. Noel was a well-respected automotive technician that served this community for many years. Charlie chose to keep Noel’s name on the business for a couple reasons: 1) as a sign of respect for the quality workmanship Noel provided, and 2) because “Noel’s Automotive” had developed such an outstanding reputation over the years, Charlie just figured, why change that? Besides, who would believe “Charlie Brown’s Automotive,” without Snoopy, who wasn’t available at the time Charlie took over the operation!
Charlie has carried on the tradition established by Noel, growing from that foundation of excellence in automotive repair. Charlie, an ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified “Master Technician,” has worked in automotive repair for over 30 years. He’s one of those expert mechanics that if you’re lucky to run across, you wouldn’t want to ever leave. You know the type – they can often just look at, or listen to your car and, almost immediately, and without hesitation, figure out what’s wrong. Over the years many customers have come in with troubles that other shops weren’t able to diagnose and fix, and within just a little bit of time, Charlie has been able to “zero in on the problem,” fix it, and get the happy customer back on the road! Not only that, but Charlie has a way of explaining car-problems in terms you can understand. That’s pretty important and certainly appreciated by his loyal and happy customers.
What’s most important to Charlie and the business? Well, that’s simple: total customer satisfaction.
